Emerging Spring and the new moon are powerful times to go within and create energy and emotion around our desires and what we want to bring forth into our physical existence. 

What seeds do you want to plant and how are you preparing a fertile soil?

This meditation practice provides time and space to plant new seeds of what we want in our lives, whether it be financial abundance, more love, more peace and joy, or anything that is on our hearts. It gives us time to visualize these intentions being planted, nurtured and watered creating a powerful experience to work with the energy of the new moon (or any time for that matter) and manifestation principles.
