A Journey To Inner Peace and Spring Renewal:: Sound Bath + Guided Meditation | March 27th

Come join us for this Guided Meditation + Sound Bath and be gently guided into a relaxed state through meditation and breath, followed by a sound bath to melt you deeper into the experience.

The meditation practice will provide time and space to plant new seeds of what we want in our lives, whether it be financial abundance, more love, more peace and joy, or anything that is on our hearts. It gives us time to visualize these intentions being planted, nurtured and watered creating a powerful experience.

From there we’ll immerse in the vibrations of a sound bath, which will create space for deep relaxation and the release of tension, stress, and stagnant or trapped emotions. Sound is the gateway to the soul, when we sit and listen, we begin to hear the silence between sounds. From this state of being the mind, body, emotions, and spirit will have the opportunity to soothe, re-calibrate, and restore inner harmony.
