Mindfulness Meditation June 8th, 2022

Evening Experience:

In this mindfulness meditation, Anne will assist you to discover states of peace, balance, equanimity and contentment as you explore states of awareness. This meditation holds a space for you to gain greater clarity, calm, and acceptance so that no matter what is going on in your life, you can be there fully supporting yourself. Research has shown that mindfulness meditation is associated with increases in happiness, self acceptance, and life satisfaction as well as reduced feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression.

Join in-person or virtually at Vitalize Community and Healing Arts Studio.
If you are joining virtually, please register by Wednesday at 3:00pm. That way I have plenty of time to send you the Zoom link details before class.

Time 6:00-6:45 pm

Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your space. We ask everyone to be on time so we do not to disturb our meditation practice.
We have all the supplies you need, just bring an open heart + mind.

 

Suggested donation of $15 for class. If you can pay more pay it forward!

What does “donation based” mean?

Pay what you can! If you can pay $15 for a class, wonderful! You will be helping pay for rent and ME to teach. If you can pay more than $15 for a class you will be helping pay rent and myself to teach and perhaps paying it forward to someone who cannot afford $15. If you cannot afford $15, we understand, all meditators are welcome no matter what their financial status is. I just ask that you make an honest donation.
