You have a choice right now. How are you going to show up to the world? In this guided meditation, I will guide you to a place where you infinite possibilities become apparent to you. You have a choice in how you want to show up in each moment. You can choose to let negative energy overwhelm and constrict you , or you can choose to show up as the best version of yourself. You have the choice! In every single moment, there are infinite possibilities! Learn to bring everything into alignment with to attract all that you desire in this easy, relaxing, stress-relieving class.

Location: We are in the Historic Baldwin Radio Factory at 3474 South 2300 East #12 Millcreek, UT 84109
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your space. We ask everyone be is on time so we do not to disturb our meditation practice and will close and lock doors promptly at 6:00pm.
What does “donation based” mean?
Pay what you can! If you can pay $10 for a class, wonderful! You will be helping pay for rent and ME to teach. If you can pay more than $10 for a class you will be helping pay rent and myself to teach and perhaps paying it forward to someone who cannot afford $10. If you cannot afford $10, we understand, all meditators are welcome no matter what their financial status is. I just ask that you make an honest donation.
