Evening Class: From Head To Heart is a guided meditation to help move from the mind into the holy sacred space of the cosmic heart. Softening and illuminating the inner core with divine love from within and from the universe. If you find it hard to let go of control, feel stressed and stuck in your head, this soft, nurturing and truthful meditation will bring you to a peaceful place, reconnecting you with your higher self and your heart’s desires.

Location: We are in the Historic Baldwin Radio Factory at 3474 South 2300 East #12 Millcreek, UT 84109
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your space. We ask everyone be is on time so we do not to disturb our meditation practice and will close and lock doors promptly at 6:00pm.
What does “donation based” mean?
Pay what you can! If you can pay $10 for a class, wonderful! You will be helping pay for rent and ME to teach. If you can pay more than $10 for a class you will be helping pay rent and myself to teach and perhaps paying it forward to someone who cannot afford $10. If you cannot afford $10, we understand, all meditators are welcome no matter what their financial status is. I just ask that you make an honest donation.
