An 8 Week Challenge designed for a physical, mental, hormonal, total transformation.  This is more than just showing up for a weigh in, packing healthy meals to work, and adding in an extra 30 minutes of exercise every day.  We're going to take care of you from head to toe.  A healthy body is the result of much more than diet and exercise.  Health is so much more than being able to do a proper push-up: health is the full metabolic process of every cell in your body.  Health is the state of every organ, it's found in the effortless balance of your hormones, we can see health in our skin and hair, in our spine, hips, and flexibility.  

How do we plan on facilitating a body loving competition where you will learn how to maintain the delicate balance of true health?  We've called on our very own team of local experts.  Every Saturday we will host an informative workshop full of simple tips you can manage.  

We've put together a team of personal trainers, holistic health coaches, yoga instructors, chiropractors, physical therapists, natural herbalists, hormone balancing therapies, body image therapists, and meditation experts.

Every week you'll get the pleasure of hearing from a new expert at the studio where you'll take away as much information as you can store.
